how sessions work
We begin with a simple check in — what feels present, tender, or alive.
If you’re coming for bodywork: My signature style is deep tissue with a restorative pace, communicating safety to your nervous system for deep rest and release.
If you’re coming for energy work: using the Reiki energy and intuition, my hands are guided to the places on your body where the life force energy feels out of balance, weak, or stuck.
