My Experience
Over the past decade, my life has unfolded through:
motherhood and identity expansion
loss, grief + healing
nervous system repair
spiritual awakening
returning to my intuition
reclaiming my voice and personal power
learning boundaries + honoring my inner knowing
These experiences shape not only what I do — but how I hold space. They’ve taught me how sacred, tender, and transformative the process of becoming truly is.
Alongside my lived experiences, my professional background consists of:
Certified Massage Therapist (California)
Certified Birth Doula with The Matrona
1 year birth worker mentorship with Sian Pilkington
Reiki Practitioner
Belief Re-patterning Practitioner [in progress]
My Beliefs
Women already carry ancient wisdom in their bodies.
The nervous system and spirit are deeply intertwined — when one shifts, the other follows.
Birth is sacred — whether it is the birth of a baby, a new identity, or a chapter of life.
True support is relational, not transactional — slow enough for trust to form, deep enough for insight to arise, and spacious enough for your truth to unfold.
Most importantly: you already carry everything you need within you — I am here to walk beside you while you access it.
what working with me feels like
Clients often describe the experience as:
Grounding — like your nervous system can finally exhale
Spacious — no pressure to perform or be “ready”
Validating — your experience is witnessed without judgment
Safe — a place for emotional release and processing
Clarifying — things gently come into focus
Connective — to your body, your intuition, and your truth
Like coming home to yourself
This work isn’t rushed. It isn’t clinical. And it isn’t about “fixing” you.
It’s about witnessing, supporting, and gently holding space for the unfolding already happening within you.
If Something In You Is Leaning In…
Trust that.
You don’t need to have the perfect language. You don’t need certainty. You don’t need to know which offering you’ll choose. And you don’t need to be “ready”.
All you need is curiosity — a soft pull, a quiet yes, or a simple sense that this is the kind of support you’ve been seeking.
