My story

I began a self - awakening journey in 2015. At the time I was working in the organic wine industry, but I kept feeling a pull towards something more purposeful, more connected to my gifts and natural abilities. I “tried on” many paths; Therapist, TCM Doctor, Ayurveda Practitioner. I was driven by the awareness of how noisy our world is, how distracting, busy and chaotic it can get. I grew a passion for creating an environment where people could step out of that noise, and into the quiet of their inner voice and guidance. The place where their own self - healing happens, where all the answers wait, where release can initiate and the heaviness can move through. This is when I found massage school in Santa Cruz in 2017. Massage and intuitive touch became my love language. I learned that I naturally attune to the persons energy field and communicate with their body for total presence. I prioritize nervous system regulation above all else, creating a blissful, regulating, deep release and re-connection with self. Along the way I have added in Reiki to my sessions as well, allowing me to work with the physical and energetic layers. It is my greatest joy to hold space in this way for others.

I began seeking out birth work in 2020. It has been a calling really, I just became obsessed with birth and started my path towards becoming a Doula. I gave birth to my daughter at our home in 2022, and my experience showed me what was possible for women in birth, that the medical model isn’t the only way. That we can trust our bodies and the physiologic unfolding of birth. I completed my Holistic Doula training in 2024, followed by a year long mentorship. I now attend birth and work with women through pregnancy focusing on mindset, nervous system preparation, education, trust and loving, grounded presence.

My Experience

Over the past decade, my life has unfolded in spirals through:

  • motherhood and identity expansion

  • loss, grief + healing

  • nervous system repair

  • spiritual awakening

  • returning to my intuition

  • reclaiming my voice and personal power

  • learning boundaries + honoring my inner knowing

These experiences shape not only what I do — but how I hold space. They’ve taught me how sacred, tender, and transformative the process of becoming truly is.
